Several months ago, I started my neurofeedback sessions at the NFZ Neurofeedback Center under the guidance of Eveline Goodman-Hedtke. From the very first step into the facility, it became clear to me how high the level of professionalism and expertise was. Eveline took the time to explain to me the scientific foundations of neurofeedback, in a way that was both factually correct and easy to understand.

The premises themselves radiated an atmosphere of calm and safety. Gentle lighting and tasteful decor contributed to an environment that was not only soothing but also conducive to progress. The entire team appeared very competent and was visibly committed. Their passion for their work was contagious and enhanced the quality of each session.

After my first session, I already noticed an amazing improvement in my sleep quality. This positive effect began to take place the night after the first session, and I felt remarkably refreshed the next morning. But the benefits of the training extended far beyond the bedroom. After several sessions, I felt I could better manage my thoughts and emotions. The previous dominance of my traumas in daily life was significantly reduced.

Another special aspect of the training was the different methods and techniques that Eveline and her team applied. I was instructed in exercises aimed at better aligning the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Many of these techniques were remarkably simple yet very effective, and they have provided me with the tools I can use in my daily life.

In conclusion, I can only say that my entire experience with the NFZ Neurofeedback Center and especially with Eveline Goodman was extremely positive. Her professional expertise and the warm-hearted care from the entire team not only enhanced my well-being but also equipped me with valuable skills for life. I am very grateful for this experience and wholeheartedly recommend this form of training.
